Dana Kilby, Esq.
Dana Kilby (nee Shelton) grew up in Cincinnati and attended Princeton High School. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She attended the University of Cincinnati’s College of Law and graduated with her law degree in 2007. Mrs. Kilby was licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio in 2007. She worked for a small law practice from 2007 - 2012. In 2012, she joined a major corporation’s Risk Management Department and worked as a claims adjuster for over 5 ½ years.
Mrs. Kilby lives in a northern Cincinnati suburb with her family and has been a member of her local Catholic parish for over 13 years. She was a volunteer with her parish’s St. Vincent de Paul conference from 2005 - 2011, and she served as the president of the parish conference from December 2010 – December 2011. She served on the Parents and Young Families Committee of Mayor Mallory’s Young Professionals Kitchen Cabinet from 2009 - 2010. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, home remodeling shows, sci-fi, and classic movies. Mrs. Kilby practices in family law, focusing on unmarried parenting, post-decree actions, and related litigation and is based at the Loveland office location.
